ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI MY PERTAMINA PADA PT. SHELLY INDAH ENERGY MENGGUNAKAN METODE TAM

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan aplikasi MyPertamina di PT. Shelly Indah Energy dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan energi dan tuntutan efisiensi operasional, PT. Shelly Indah Energy memanfaatkan aplikasi MyPertamina untuk mempermudah proses pembelian dan pemantauan BBM. Namun, hingga kini belum ada analisis mendalam terkait penerimaan aplikasi tersebut oleh pengguna internal perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Variabel utama yang dianalisis mencakup Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, dan Behavioral Intention to Use. Data diperoleh dari responden internal perusahaan, terutama dari staf yang terlibat langsung dalam penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam optimalisasi penggunaan aplikasi MyPertamina serta pengambilan keputusan strategis terkait pengelolaan energi digital di perusahaan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap pengembangan model TAM dalam konteks sektor energi dan digitalisasi sistem informasi.

This study aims to analyze the use of the MyPertamina application at PT. Shelly Indah Energy using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. Along with the increasing energy needs and demands for operational efficiency, PT. Shelly Indah Energy utilizes the MyPertamina application to facilitate the process of purchasing and monitoring fuel. However, until now there has been no in-depth analysis regarding the acceptance of the application by internal users of the company. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The main variables analyzed include Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, and Behavioral Intention to Use. Data were obtained from internal respondents of the company, especially from staff directly involved in the use of the application. The results of this study are expected to provide practical contributions in optimizing the use of the MyPertamina application and strategic decision making related to digital energy management in the company. In addition, this study also provides theoretical contributions to the development of the TAM model in the context of the energy sector and digitalization of information systems.
