ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI SIKS-NG DI DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN SUMBA BARAT DAYA MENGGUNAKAN TAM

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengganalisis penggunaan aplikasi SIKS-NG Pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Modal (TAM). untuk meningkatkan program-program kesejahteraan sosial di masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SIKS-NG dengan mempermudahkan Staf Dinas dalam menjalankan program-rogam yang ada di Dinas Sosial dalam mensejehterakan masyaratkan. SIKS-NG singkatan dari Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial-Next Generation adalah sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia untuk mengelola data serta menjalankan program-program kesejahteraan sosial. Aplikasi SIKS-NG dirancang sebagai evolusi dari sistem sebelumnya dengan tujuan meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi dan akuntabilitas dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikasi. Variabel utama yang di ananlisis mencakup perceived usefulness, peceived ease of use, attitude toward using. Hasil penelitian ini di harapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam penggunaan aplikasi SIKS-NG di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya dalam penggolaan kesejateraan sosial.

This study aims to analyze the use of the SIKS-NG application at the Southwest Sumba Regency Social Service using the Technology Acceptance Modal (TAM) approach. to improve social welfare programs in the community by utilizing the SIKS-NG application by making it easier for Service Staff to carry out existing programs in the Social Service in improving community welfare. SIKS-NG stands for Social Welfare Information System-Next Generation is an information system application developed by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia to manage data and run social welfare programs. The SIKS-NG application is designed as an evolution of the previous system with the aim of increasing effectiveness, efficiency and accountability in distributing social assistance to the people of Southwest Sumba Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The main variables analyzed include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using. The results of this study are expected to provide practical contributions to the use of the SIKS-NG application at the Southwest Sumba Regency Social Service in managing social welfare.
