Social media, particularly Instagram, provides opportunities for musicians to build audience engagement, strengthen relationships, and foster long-term loyalty. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing communication strategies implemented by Groovin Buddy in building audience loyalty through social media engagement. This research employs a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews with key informants, including the vocalist, manager, and social media team of Groovin Buddy, as well as loyal audience members who have followed the band for the past six months to one year. The study focuses on communication strategies implemented between January 2024 and January 2025. The findings indicate that Groovin Buddy utilizes persuasive communication strategies through consistent Instagram content, interactive communication with audiences, and emotional engagement during both online and offline performances. Instagram functions not only as a promotional tool but also as an interactive communication channel that strengthens audience relationships and encourages positive electronic word of mouth. These strategies contribute to the formation of audience loyalty, reflected in frequent attendance at live performances, active engagement on social media, and audience-driven promotion through digital word of mouth. This study highlights the importance of digital marketing communication in the music industry, particularly the strategic use of Instagram in fostering audience engagement and sustaining fan loyalty within local music communities.</em></p> Natasha E. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pengelolaan akun Instagram @bawasludepok oleh Bawaslu Kota Depok dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan desain studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kantor Bawaslu Kota Depok melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tim Humas Bawaslu menerapkan empat strategi utama, yaitu: share, optimize, manage, dan engage. Strategi share digunakan untuk menyebarkan konten edukatif dan partisipatif seputar pemilu. Strategi optimize dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan konten terhadap tren yang sedang berkembang, algoritma media sosial, serta pemanfaatan fitur-fitur Instagram secara optimal. Strategi manage berfokus pada perencanaan konten, konsistensi jadwal unggahan, dan pemantauan tanggapan dari masyarakat. Sedangkan strategi engage bertujuan untuk membangun kedekatan dan kepercayaan publik melalui interaksi aktif dengan audiens. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan Instagram dilakukan secara strategis guna mendorong transparansi informasi, edukasi kepemiluan, serta meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan pemilu. This study analyzes the Instagram management strategy of @bawasludepok in Bawaslu Depok City using a descriptive qualitative approach and a case study design. The research was conducted at the Bawaslu Depok City Office through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the public relations team applies four key strategies: share, optimize, manage, and engage. The share strategy distributes educational and participatory election content. The optimize strategy aligns content with trends, algorithms, and features. The manage strategy focuses on planning, scheduling, and public feedback monitoring. The engage strategy builds public trust through active interaction. Overall, Instagram is used strategically to promote transparency, educate the public about elections, and encourage citizen participation in election monitoring. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah keterbatasan media komunikasi konvensional di sekolah yang kurang efektif dalam menjangkau siswa di era digital. Projek ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang dikombinasikan dengan Design-Based Research (DBR). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan produksi, wawancara dengan narasumber siswa, dan studi pustaka. Proses pengembangan mengikuti enam tahapan MDLC: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa podcast "Lensa Sekolah" berhasil dikembangkan menjadi tiga episode berdurasi 5 hingga 8 menit per episode, dipublikasikan di YouTube dan Spotify. Podcast ini berfungsi sebagai media informasi yang efektif, menyampaikan informasi sekolah, nilai-nilai positif, semangat prestasi, dan pesan motivasi. Podcast ini juga menjembatani komunikasi antara sekolah dan siswa, meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital, kreativitas, dan rasa percaya diri siswa. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan MDLC efektif dalam mengembangkan media podcast berbasis sekolah secara sistematis dan menghasilkan media informasi digital yang inovatif, relevan, dan mudah diakses oleh siswa.</p> <p><em>This study discusses the development strategy of the "Lensa Sekolah" podcast as an information medium at SMPN 196 Jakarta using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model. The background of this study is the limitation of conventional communication media in schools, which is less effective in reaching students in the digital era. This project uses a qualitative descriptive approach combined with Design-Based Research (DBR). Data were collected through direct observation, active participation in production activities, interviews with student sources, and literature studies. The development process follows six MDLC stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results show that the "Lensa Sekolah" podcast was successfully developed into three episodes with a duration of 5 to 8 minutes each, published on YouTube and Spotify. This podcast serves as an effective information medium, conveying school information, positive values, achievement spirit, and motivational messages. This podcast also bridges communication between schools and students, increasing students' digital literacy skills, creativity, and self-confidence.
