Utilizing a qualitative method with a single-case study design, the research focuses exclusively on the unfiltered experience of The Language Access. The primary data source involves the institution’s founder, Miss Elnoviamy Rifai, S.Pd., M.A., while secondary data are derived from institutional documents and administrative records. Techniques of data collection include an in-depth virtual interview and structured institutional observations, utilizing a semi-structured interview guide with the researchers acting as the primary instruments of inquiry. Data analysis is conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach to systematically extract narrative information regarding strategic management perspectives. Findings reveal a significant regulatory vacuum after the initial licensing phase, where government interaction drops to zero post-establishment. This structural gap forces the institution to implement self-regulatory initiatives, including routine internal evaluations and collaborative knowledge sharing, to substitute for absent external audits. Furthermore, educational decoupling manifests as a daily survival strategy, where formal bureaucratic rules are maintained for legal legitimacy but remain detached from actual classroom practices which prioritize student communicative needs. The implications suggest that independent courses serve as vital functional alternatives to formal schools by filling practical communication gaps. Ultimately, the study advocates for a shift in government policy toward active pedagogical support and a more practical edupreneurship focus in university education curricula.
Edward Johannes Tumanggor Neni Afrida Sari Harahap Ricky Drimarcha Barus Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Jurnal Lingkar Pembelajaran Inovatif 2026-04-29 2026-04-29 7 4 PANDANGAN ARNE NAESS TENTANG DEEP ECOLOGY: IMPLIKASI UNTUK MENEMPATKAN ALAM SEBAGAI PUSAT ETIKA LINGKUNGAN https://oaj.jurnalhst.com/index.php/jlpi/article/view/20955

This paper aims to examine Arne Naess’s perspective on the concept of Deep Ecology and its implications for positioning nature as the center of environmental ethics. The increasing complexity of global environmental issues today stems from an anthropocentric worldview that neglects ethical considerations toward nature. Using a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this paper elaborates the fundamental concepts of Deep Ecology, its main principles, and Arne Naess’s contributions to environmental philosophy. The findings indicate that Deep Ecology emphasizes the intrinsic value of all living beings, biospheric egalitarianism, and the interconnectedness between humans and nature. This concept shifts the ethical paradigm from human-centered to ecosystem-centered perspectives. The ethical implications of this thought demand changes in lifestyle, increased ecological awareness, and concrete actions in environmental conservation. Therefore, Deep Ecology serves as an important foundation for building a harmonious relationship between humans and nature for the sustainability of life.
Oktavianus Nong Viky Ferdinan Selestino Trifon Gabriel Angelo Gedi Aurelius Mosa Molsimprimka Trio D. The study specifically looks into the Standard English Course's primary sources of income operational expense distribution, and financial management procedures. In order to investigate financial management procedures in an actual institutional setting, this study uses a qualitative case study design. Semi-structured interviews with the institution's owner served as the main source of information, which was corroborated by financial records and interview recordings. An interview guide and audio recording equipment were among the resources used in this investigation. Thematic analysis, which included data reduction, categorization, and interpretation, was used for analyzing the data. The results show that the institution's main source of income is student tuition payments, with operating costs including teacher salaries, instructional materials, and building maintenance. Without the use of digital financial tools, financial management is carried out applying a straightforward cash-based approach with manual paperwork. The lack of organized planning and systematic monitoring points to a serious flaw in financial management procedures, even while direct communication helps to a certain degree of financial openness. The lack of organized, technologically supported financial management systems is a serious weakness that might risk the institution's long-term sustainability, as this study reveals. To enable more efficient and long-lasting management of English language learning programs, it is advised that the institution implement more systematic financial methods, such as appropriate budgeting, digital financial recording, and frequent evaluation.
Rifdah Syahbani Nasution Neni Afrida Sari Harahap Asrita Sari Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Jurnal Lingkar Pembelajaran Inovatif 2026-04-29 2026-04-29 7 4 UPAYA GURU DALAM PENGELOLAAN KELAS BERDIFERENSIASI MELALUI PENDEKATAN JOYFUL LEARNING DI KELAS V A SD NEGERI 060857 MEDAN TEMBUNG https://oaj.jurnalhst.com/index.php/jlpi/article/view/20747
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam pengelolaan kelas berdiferensiasi melalui pendekatan joyful learning di kelas V A SD Negeri 060857 Medan Tembung. The research employed a qualitative approach, using a purposively selected English teacher as the primary data source, who provided insights into both teaching practices and institutional strategies. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews guided by indicators derived from marketing mix theory (product, price, place, and promotion) and competitive advantage concepts. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis, following Miles and Huberman’s (2014) interactive model, including data reduction, display, and conclusion verification. The findings indicate that Edulab applies an integrated and student-centered marketing strategy where product differentiation, value-based pricing, strategic location, and relational promotion are interconnected to support student acquisition and retention. The homey learning environment, informal teacher–student interaction, small class sizes, and personalized programs serve as valuable and rare resources, contributing to sustainable differentiation from competitors. Pricing strategies target various student segments, while promotional efforts, including social media, school roadshows, and referral incentives, strengthen credibility and trust. The integrated application of these strategies not only enhances student engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty but also strengthens Edulab’s competitive position in the Medan education market. This study implies that effective marketing in educational services should extend beyond promotion to encompass holistic learning experiences, aligning institutional strategies with student needs and expectations, and providing practical guidance for non-formal education institutions seeking sustainable competitiveness.
T. The primary objective is to analyze how the institution perceives and operationalizes collaboration to support student development. Data were gathered through a qualitative depth interview with the head of the institution, Mr. Gopal, serving as the key informant. The analysis follows a qualitative descriptive method, interpreting the informant's responses through the lens of institutional experience and established pedagogical frameworks. Based on the data, the findings reveal that the institution views parent-teacher relationships as a mandatory pillar of academic success, operationalized through three distinct "high-touch" mechanisms. First, the implementation of tripartite mediation involving the leader, parent, and student simultaneously to synchronize disciplinary and academic roles. Second, a strict face-to-face communication policy that deliberately rejects digital platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) to preserve information integrity and prevent distorted narratives from students. Third, the use of administrative formalism, such as signed commitment letters and probationary periods, to solidify shared decision-making. The data further suggests that the institution’s 57-year legacy serves as a foundational "trust loop," allowing for radical honesty in reporting student progress. This study implies that in non-formal educational settings, physical presence and formal documentation remain more effective than digital convenience in maintaining high-fidelity collaboration between institutions and families.
Arisma Laily Naimah Neni Afrida Sari Harahap Asrita Sari Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Jurnal Lingkar Pembelajaran Inovatif 2026-04-29 2026-04-29 7 4 SKRINING FITOKIMIA KULIT MANGGA (MANGIFERA INDICA L.) The main focus of this research is to examine whether the vision and mission function as real managerial guidelines or only as formal statements. The data of this study were obtained from primary and secondary sources. The primary data were collected through a semi-structured interview with the owner of Meisya Course, while the secondary data were taken from documentation such as curriculum structure and learning program records. This study used a descriptive qualitative research design. The data were collected through interviews and documentation, and then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis, including organizing, reducing, categorizing, and interpreting the data. Data triangulation was also applied to ensure the credibility of the findings. The findings show that the vision of Meisya Course focuses on providing accessible English learning for children, especially those from middle to lower economic backgrounds. Meanwhile, the mission emphasizes building students’ confidence in speaking and understanding English without focusing too much on grammar at the early stage. These are implemented through structured curriculum design, individualized teaching methods, and continuous evaluation based on students’ participation and confidence. It can be concluded that vision and mission play an important role as practical guidelines in management, especially in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. They are not only written statements but are also applied in real activities and support students’ English learning development.
Zahwa Nabila Andriza Nst Neni Afrida Sari Harahap Ricky Drimarcha Barus Hak Cipta (c) 2026 Jurnal Lingkar Pembelajaran Inovatif 2026-04-29 2026-04-29 7 4
