PENGARUH PERSEPSI, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA, TERHADAP MINAT BERKARIR MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI SEBAGAI KONSULTAN PAJAK

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, pengaruh, persepsi, motivasi, dan Lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berkarir mahasiswa akuntansi sebagai konsultan pajak Studi Kasus penelitian ini adalah Universitas cokroaminoto yogyakarta. Jenis Penelitian Ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data Primer untuk mendapatkan Data dari responden. menggunakan kuesioner dan disebarkan kepada mahasiswa akuntansi fakultas ekonomi. Universitas cokroaminoto yogyakarta Pengambilan Sampel dengan metode Purposive Sampling dengan Jumlah Sampel sebanyak 69 responden. Sampel disebarkan kepada 69 Mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas cokroaminoto yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh, persepsi, motivasi, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berkarir mahasiswa akuntansi sebagai konsultan pajak. Baik secara parsial maupun Simultan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. yang diuji Menggunakan instrumen tes Structural Equation model Partial Least Squares (SEM=PLS) 4.0 Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan uji t untuk menguji koefisien regresi secara individual atau parsial agar mengetahui seberapa jauh hubungan antara variabel dependen dan variabel independen hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Persepsi, Motivasi, Dan Lingkungan Keluarga Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Minat berkarir Mahasiswa Akuntansi Sebagai Konsultan Pajak.

This study aims to analyze, influence, perception, motivation, and family environment on the career interest of accounting students as tax consultants. The case study of this research is Cokroaminoto University Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative by using peripheral data to obtain data from respondents. using a questionnaire and distributed to Accounting students of the Faculty of Economics. Cokroaminoto University Yogyakarta Sampling Using the Purposive Sampling Method with a Sample of 69 Respondents. The sample was distributed to 69 accounting students of Cokroaminoto University Yogyakarta. This study examines the Influence, Perception, Motivation, and Family Environment on Accounting Students' Career Interest as Tax Consultants. Both partially and simultaneously. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Tested Using the Structural Equation test instrument of the Partial Least Squares model (SEM=PLS) 4.0 Hypothesis test using the t-test to test the regression coefficient individually or partially to find out how far the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable is, the results of this study show that perception, motivation, and family environment have a positive effect on the career interest of accounting students as tax consultants.
