Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap teknologi dan persepsi kemudahan kepatuhan syariah (Perceived Ease of Religious Compliance) terhadap minat penggunaan mobile banking syariah di kalangan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausal-komparatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden milenial di Kota Yogyakarta yang telah mengetahui atau menggunakan layanan mobile banking syariah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert empat poin, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS). Hasil pengujian outer model menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator valid dan reliabel. Pada inner model, hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan terhadap teknologi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan mobile banking syariah (T-Statistik = 1,381; P-Values = 0,169). Sebaliknya, persepsi kemudahan kepatuhan syariah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan (T-Statistik = 9,156; P-Values = 0,000). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa aspek religiusitas dan kemudahan dalam mematuhi prinsip syariah menjadi faktor utama pendorong minat milenial terhadap layanan mobile banking syariah. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi industri perbankan syariah untuk lebih menekankan fitur yang mempermudah kepatuhan syariah guna meningkatkan adopsi layanan digital.

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust in technology and perceived ease of Sharia compliance (Perceived Ease of Religious Compliance) on the intention to use Sharia mobile banking among millennials. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative method. The research sample consisted of 100 millennial respondents in Yogyakarta City who were familiar with or used Sharia mobile banking services. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire with a four-point Likert scale, then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS). The results of the outer model test indicate that all indicators are valid and reliable. In the inner model, the results of the hypothesis test indicate that trust in technology does not significantly influence the intention to use Sharia mobile banking (T-Statistic = 1.381; P-Values = 0.169). In contrast, the perception of ease of Sharia compliance has a significant influence on the intention to use (T-Statistic = 9.156; P-Values = 0.000). These findings confirm that religiosity and ease of compliance with Sharia principles are the primary factors driving millennials' interest in Sharia-compliant mobile banking services. This research provides implications for the Sharia banking industry to emphasize features that facilitate Sharia compliance to increase digital service adoption.
