GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PENCEGAHAN DIARE MASYARAKAT TERDAMPAK BANJIR DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SIBELA

Desa Sebrang Lor merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kelurahan Mojosongo, Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Surakarta. Desa tersebut termasuk dalam Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sibela yang kerap dilanda banjir luapan dari Sungai Bengawan Solo. Banjir yang disebabkan tumpukan sampah menimbulkan genangan air dan penyebaran penyakit, salah satunya diare. Tingginya kasus diare pasca banjir mendorong tenaga kesehatan memberikan layanan melalui puskesmas keliling. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan warga tentang pencegahan diare pada wilayah yang terdampak banjir. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 106 dan sampel 56 responden. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisa univariat. Hasil: Responden dalam penelitian ini mayoritas adalah perempuan, berusia lansia awal, pendidikan terakhir SMA/SMK dan bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta. Pada tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat dalam kategori baik sebanyak 47 responden (83,9%). Kesimpulan: Gambaran pengetahuan warga tentang pencegahan diare pasca banjir di Desa Sebrang Lor Rt05/Rw08 dalam kategori baik.

Floods caused by piles of garbage lead to stagnant water and the spread of diseases, one of which is diarrhea. The high number of diarrhea cases after the flood encouraged health workers to provide services through mobile health centers. The Objective of the Research: To find out the overview of residents' knowledge about preventing diarrhea in areas affected by flooding. Methods: This research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 106 respondents and a sample of 56. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with univariate analysis. Result: The majority of respondents in this study were women, in their early twenties, with a high school/vocational high school education, and private sector employees. The community's knowledge level was in the good category, there were 47 respondents (83.9%). Summary: Overview of residents' knowledge about preventing post-flood diarrhea in Sebrang Lor Village Rt05/Rw08 is in the good category.
