PERANCANGAN SISTEM KELAYAKAN PEMBERIAN KREDIT PERSONAL LOAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) PADA BANK BCA

Abstrak

Pemberian kredit merupakan salah satu layanan utama perbankan yang berperan penting dalam mendukung kebutuhan finansial masyarakat. Namun, dalam praktiknya, proses analisis kelayakan kredit masih sering dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas dan keterlambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu pihak bank dalam menentukan kelayakan pemberian kredit personal loan secara lebih cepat, objektif, dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan kelayakan pemberian kredit personal loan pada Bank BCA dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menguraikan permasalahan kompleks ke dalam struktur hierarki yang terdiri dari tujuan, kriteria, subkriteria, hingga alternatif, serta menghasilkan bobot prioritas berdasarkan perbandingan berpasangan. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan model dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML), pembangunan basis data menggunakan MySQL, serta implementasi aplikasi berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan observasi proses pemberian kredit di Bank BCA. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penentuan kelayakan kredit meliputi penghasilan tetap, riwayat kredit, dan status kepegawaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu melakukan proses perhitungan bobot prioritas kriteria dan alternatif dengan tingkat konsistensi yang dapat diterima. Sistem dapat memberikan rekomendasi berupa peringkat alternatif calon debitur yang layak untuk diberikan kredit personal loan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Bank BCA dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses analisis kelayakan kredit serta meminimalisir potensi kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Credit provision is one of the main banking services that plays an important role in supporting the financial needs of society. However, the creditworthiness analysis process, which is still often carried out manually, has the potential to cause subjectivity and delays in decision-making. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to assist banks in determining the eligibility of personal loan applications in a faster, more objective, and accurate manner. This study aims to design and develop a decision support system for assessing the eligibility of personal loan applications at BCA Bank using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method was chosen because it can decompose complex problems into a hierarchical structure consisting of goals, criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives, and generate priority weights through pairwise comparisons. The research stages include system requirements analysis, model design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), database development with MySQL, and web-based application implementation using PHP. The research data were obtained through literature studies and observations of the credit application process at BCA Bank. The main criteria used in determining credit eligibility consist of fixed income, credit history, and employment status. The results show that the developed system is capable of calculating priority weights of criteria and alternatives with an acceptable consistency ratio. The system can provide recommendations in the form of alternative rankings of prospective borrowers who are eligible for personal loan approval. Thus, this system is expected to help BCA Bank improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the creditworthiness analysis process while minimizing potential errors in decision-making.
