Career guidance is an essential aspect of education that aims to help students recognize their potential, understand the world of work, and determine the right career path. This study employs a library research method by reviewing theories, concepts, and previous studies regarding the roles, functions, principles, and responsibilities of school stakeholders in career guidance. The findings indicate that the involvement of school stakeholders—principals, guidance and counseling teachers, subject teachers, parents, and the community/industry—significantly contributes to the success of career guidance services. Islamic principles such as tauhid (monotheism), amanah (trust), and ihsan (excellence) serve as the foundation for its implementation, so that career guidance is not only oriented toward worldly success but also considered as a form of worship. Continuous evaluation and collaboration among stakeholders are the key to enhancing the effectiveness of career guidance programs in schools.
