PEMANFAATAN TEKS PENELITIAN UNTUK MENELUSURI PERKEMBANGAN PERAKITAN KOMPUTER DARI GENERASI AWAL HINGGA ERA MODERN

Abstrak

Perakitan komputer merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi yang terus mengalami evolusi dari masa ke masa. Seiring dengan berkembangnya kebutuhan manusia terhadap teknologi, koputer yang awalnya berukuran besar, mahal, dan hanya dapat digunakan oleh kalangan terbatas, kini telah berevolusi menjadi perangkat yang lebih kecil, cepat,d an terjangkau. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri perkembangan perakitan komputer melalui pemanfaatan teks penelitian sebagai sumber utama. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, penulis menelaah berbagai teks penelitian yang membahas perjalanan komputer sejak generasi awal (1940-an) hingga era modern dengan teknologi prosesor multi-core, komputasi awan, dan perangkat portabel. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teks penelitian bukan hanya membantu memahami sejarah perkembangan perakitan komputer tetapi juga emberikan wawasan tentang arah inovasi di masa depan.

Computer assembly is an important aspect in the development of information technology, which continues to evolve over time. As human needs for technology grow, computers, which were initially large, expensive, and accessible only to a limited number of people, have now evolved into smaller, faster, and more affordable devices. This article aims to trace the development of computer assembly through the use of research texts as primary sources. Using a qualitative approach based on literature studies, the author examines various research texts that discuss the history of computers form the early generation (1940s) to the modern era with multi-core processor technology, cloud computing, and portable devices. The results of the study indicate that the use of research texts not only helps understand the history o the development of computer assembly but also provides insight into the direction of future innovation.
