ANALISIS EVALUASI LAPORAN KINERJA PENGADILAN NEGERI SLEMAN KELAS IA

Abstrak

Laporan magang ini membahas analisis dan evaluasi laporan kinerja Pengadilan Negeri Sleman Kelas 1A sebagai salah satu bentuk pertanggungjawaban kinerja instansi pemerintah. Tujuan penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk menilai kesesuaian penyusunan Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LKjIP) dengan pedoman Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP), serta mengkaji pencapaian indikator kinerja yang telah ditetapkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh  melalui observasi selama kegiatan magang, wawancara dengan pegawai terkait, serta studi dokumentasi dan studi pustaka terhadap dokumen kinerja dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara umum penyusunan laporan kinerja Pengadilan Negeri Sleman Kelas 1A telah mengikuti ketentuan yang berlaku dan mencerminkan Upaya penerapan prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi. Capaian kinerja dan realisasi anggaran menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik serta didukung oleh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan public. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, terutama pada penguatan indikator kinerja berbasis outcome, pendalaman analisis keterkaitan antara anggaran dan hasil kinerja, serta peningkatan keterbukaan informasi laporan kinerja kepada Masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam penyusunan dan penyajian leporan kinerja diperlukan guna mendukung peningkatan akuntabilitas dan transparansi kinerja di masa mendatang.

This internship report discusses the analysis and evaluation of the performance report of the Sleman District Court Class 1A as a form of accountability for the performance of government agencies. The purpose of writing this report is to assess the conformity of the preparation of the Government Agency Performance Report (LKjIP) with the guidelines of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), as well as to review the achievement of established performance indicators. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observations during the internship, interviews with related employees, as well as documentation and literature studies of performance documents and applicable laws and regulations. The results of the analysis indicate that in general the preparation of the Sleman District Court Class 1A performance report has followed applicable provisions and reflects efforts to implement the principles of accountability and transparency. Performance achievements and budget realization show quite good results and are supported by the use of information technology in public services. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved, especially in strengthening outcome-based performance indicators, deepening the analysis of the relationship between the budget and performance results, and increasing the transparency of performance report information to the public. Therefore, continuous improvement in the preparation and presentation of performance reports is necessary to support increased accountability and transparency in future performance.
