ANALISIS PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SURYA CITRA SOLUTION DI KECAMATAN MEDAN HELVETIA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Surya Citra Solution di Kecamatan Medan Helvetia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, denga sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, yang dikelola menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi  secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Surya Citra Solution di Kecamatan Medan Helvetia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung variabel Lingkungan Kerja (3.876) lebih besar dari t tabel (2,0117) dan dan nilai signifikansi < 0,001, yang berarti lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0,05. Dan nilai t hitung variabel Motivasi (4.815) lebih besar dari t tabel dan nilai signifikansi < 0,001. Secara simultan pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung (42.721). Maka besar persentase pengaruh variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 0,645atau 64,5% dan sisanya sebesar 35.5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine the extent to which the Work Environment and Motivation influence the Employee Performance of PT Surya Citra Solution in Medan Helvetia District. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 50 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, processed with SPSS version 27. The results show that both Work Environment and Motivation variables partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Surya Citra Solution in Medan Helvetia District. This is evidenced by the t-test result for Work Environment (3.876), which is greater than the t-table (2.0117), with a significance value of < 0.001, indicating it is below the 0.05 significance level. Similarly, the t-test result for Motivation (4.815) is greater than the t-table, with a significance value of < 0.001. Simultaneously, Work Environment and Motivation also have a significant effect on Employee Performance, as shown by the F-test result (42.721). The coefficient of determination (R Square) indicates that Work Environment and Motivation contribute 64.5% to Employee Performance, while the remaining 35.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
