PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER DISIPLIN SISWA MELALUI INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI MADRASAH AS SYUKURIYAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi serta tingkat efektivitas pembentukan karakter disiplin peserta didik melalui pendidikan Islam di Madrasah As Syukuriyah. Karakter disiplin menjadi faktor yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan akademik sekaligus pembentukan kepribadian siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam terhadap guru dan siswa, serta penelaahan dokumen kurikulum. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan kedisiplinan di Madrasah As Syukuriyah dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan terpadu, yang mencakup penanaman nilai tauhid, pembiasaan ibadah secara rutin, serta keteladanan guru (uswatun hasanah). Penerapan kurikulum berbasis pesantren memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk melatih manajemen waktu dan rasa tanggung jawab secara berkelanjutan. Hasil ini sejalan dengan teori pendidikan karakter yang menekankan peran lingkungan sosial-religius dalam membentuk kebiasaan positif. Meskipun dihadapkan pada tantangan berupa pengaruh budaya digital, pendekatan yang menggabungkan disiplin diri (self-discipline) yang dilandasi kesadaran religius terbukti mampu meningkatkan taraf kedisiplinan siswa secara nyata. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kerja sama antara madrasah dan orang tua demi menjaga konsistensi pembiasaan di lingkungan rumah.
This study aims to analyze the strategies and effectiveness of developing students' disciplinary character through Islamic education at Madrasah As Syukuriyah. Disciplinary character is a crucial aspect of academic success and the formation of students' personalities. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, as well as curriculum documentation. The findings indicate that the development of discipline at Madrasah As Syukuriyah is carried out through an integrative approach, which includes the inculcation of tauhid (monotheistic) values, consistent religious routines, and teacher role modeling (uswatun hasanah). The implementation of a pesantren-based curriculum provides students with opportunities to practice time management and responsibility consistently. These findings align with character education theories that emphasize the importance of a socio-religious environment in shaping positive habituation. Despite challenges posed by the influence of digital culture, the approach that integrates self-discipline based on religious awareness has proven to significantly improve students' level of discipline. This study recommends strengthening collaboration between the madrasah and parents to ensure consistency in habituation at home.
