HUBUNGAN KUALITAS TIDUR DENGAN MINDFULNESS DALAM AKTIVITAS BELAJAR MAHASISWA PSIKOLOGI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI AR-RANIRY

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan mindfulness dalam aktivitas belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi UIN AR-Raniry Bnada Aceh. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel berjumlah 90 mahasiswa melalui teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dari populasi 900 mahasiswa. Kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI; Buysse et al., 1989) dan mindfulness belajar diukurmenggunakan FFMQ yang dimodifikasi ke konteks belajar (FFMQ-B; adaptasi dari Baer et al. 2006). Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Spearman Rho karena asumsi linearitas tidak terpenuhi. Hasil menunjukkan rerata PSQI = 7,92 (SD = 191) mengindikasikan mayoritas mahasiswa mengalami kualitas tidur buruk. Rerata FFMQ-B =46,47 (SD = 5,521) dengan 86,7% mahasiswa kategori sedang. Uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan rs =0,125, p= 0,240 (p > 0,05), sehingga tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kualitas tidur dengan mindfulness belajar. Koefesien determinasi R2 = 1,56% mengidikasikan dominannya faktor lain seperti motivasi intrinsik, regulasi emosi, dan nilai-nilai spiritual Islam dalam membentuk kapasitas mindfulness belajar mahasiswa.
This study aims to analyze the relationship between sleep quality and mindfulness in learning activities among students of the Psychology Study Program at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. A quantitative approach with a coreelational design was employed in this study. The sample consisted of 90 students selected through proportionate stratified random sampling from a population of 900 students. Sleep quality was measure using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI; Buysse et al., 1989), and learning mindfulness was measure using a modified version of the of the FFMQ adapted to the learning context (FFMQ-B; adapted from Baer et al., 2006). Data were analyzed using Spearman Rho Correlation due to the unmet assumtion of linearity. Result indicated a mean PSQI score of 7,92 (SD = 3,191), suggesting that the mejority of students experienced poor sleep quality. The mean FFMQ-B score was 46.47 (SD = 5.521), with 86.7% of students categorized at a moderate level. The Spearman correlation test yielded rc =0,125, p = 0,240 (p > 0.05), indicating no significant relationship between sleep quality and learning mindfulness. A coefficient of determination of R2 =1,56% suggests that other factors, such as intrinsic motivation, emotional regulation, and Islamic spiritual values, play a more dominant role in shaping students’ mindfulness capacity in learning activities.
