PENGARUH CITA RASA, HARGA DAN VARIASI PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KOPI DI SOLOKOPI (SURVEY PADA KONSUMEN SOLOKOPI DI COLOMADU)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cita rasa, harga, dan variasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi di Solokopi Colomadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk di Solokopi minimal satu kali dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 107 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cita rasa, harga, dan variasi produk secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variasi produk merupakan variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Nilai adjusted R² sebesar 0,617 menunjukkan bahwa 61,7% keputusan pembelian dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sedangkan 38,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Solokopi disarankan untuk mempertahankan kualitas cita rasa, menyesuaikan harga, mengembangkan variasi produk, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan menambahkan variabel lain dan memperluas cakupan penelitian.
This study aims to analyze the influence of taste, price, and product variety on coffee purchasing decisions at Solokopi Colomadu. The study employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research population consists of consumers who have purchased products at Solokopi at least once in the last three months. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample of 107 respondents. Data were collected via a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, incorporating instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing.The research results indicate that taste, price, and product variety—both individually and simultaneously—have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product variety is the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions. An adjusted R² value of 0.617 shows that 61.7% of purchasing decisions are explained by these three variables, while 38.3% are influenced by factors outside the scope of the study. Solokopi is advised to maintain taste quality, adjust pricing, expand product variety, and improve service quality. Future researchers are encouraged to include additional variables and broaden the scope of the study.
