Abstrak

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada usaha barbershop Tempat Potong yang menghadapi permasalahan utama terkait kurangnya Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) karyawan dan minimnya kegiatan promosi digital. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya visibilitas usaha dan belum optimalnya pengelolaan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan nilai jual usaha melalui penerapan strategi promosi digital yang tepat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi wawancara dan observasi langsung guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mitra serta kondisi operasional usaha. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, tim merancang beberapa luaran, yaitu pembuatan brosur digital, perancangan dan penerapan Instagram Ads, serta optimalisasi konten media sosial. Implementasi strategi promosi digital ini menghasilkan peningkatan jumlah pengikut media sosial, pertumbuhan booking pelanggan sebesar 20–30%, dan peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola akun media sosial secara mandiri. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil membantu mitra dalam memperkuat citra merek, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, serta menciptakan strategi promosi yang lebih modern, efektif, dan berkelanjutan.

This Community Service Program was implemented at the Tempat Potong barbershop business, which faced major challenges related to a lack of employee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and minimal digital promotional activities. These conditions resulted in low business visibility and suboptimal management of social media as a marketing tool. This activity aimed to improve business performance and sales value through the implementation of appropriate digital promotional strategies. The implementation method included interviews and direct observation to identify partner needs and business operational conditions. Based on the analysis results, the team designed several outputs, namely the creation of a digital brochure, the design and implementation of Instagram Ads, and the optimization of social media content. The implementation of this digital promotional strategy resulted in an increase in the number of social media followers, a 20–30% growth in customer bookings, and an improvement in the partners' ability to manage their social media accounts independently. Overall, this activity successfully helped partners strengthen their brand image, expand their marketing reach, and create a more modern, effective, and sustainable promotional strategy.
