PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT, WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN WOUGROUP DI KOTA SURAKARTA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh perceived organizational support, work life balance, kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Wougroup di Kota Surakarta. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 karyawan Wougroup di Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Uji instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji: multikolonieritas, heteroskedastisitas, dan normalitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan R2. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua pernyataan mengenai perceived organizational support, work life balance, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dinyatakan valid karena p-value < 0,05 dan reliabel karena cronbach’s alpha > 0,60. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel telah lolos uji multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, dan normalitas berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y = 3,089 + 0,341 X1 + 0,563 X2  + 0,353 X3 + e. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support, work life balance, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji F diperoleh bahwa model regresi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sudah tepat. Hasil uji R² menunjukkan besarnya sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap dependen sebesar 83,4% sisanya 16,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti.

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of perceived organizational support, work life balance, compensation on job satisfaction among Wougroup employees in Surakarta City. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The sample in this research was 35 Wougroup employees in Surakarta City. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. Test the research instrument using validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test uses tests: multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and normality. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and R2. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all statements regarding perceived organizational support, work life balance, compensation, job satisfaction are declared valid because the p-value < 0.05 and reliable because Cronbach's alpha > 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables have passed the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and normality tests with normal distribution. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 3.089 + 0.341 X1 + 0.563 X2 + 0.353 X3 + e. The t test results show that perceived organizational support, work life balance, compensation have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the F test showed that the regression model used in this research was correct. The R² test results show that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 83.4%, the remaining 16.6% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.
