EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN SISTEM E-COURT DAN E-LITIGATION DALAM PENYELESAIAN PERKARA PERDATA DI PENGADILAN NEGERI JAKARTA SELATAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas penerapan sistem E-Court dan E-Litigation dalam penyelesaian perkara perdata di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan. Layanan berbasis elektronik ini diharapkan dapat mewujudkan asas peradilan yang sederhana, cepat, dan biaya ringan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris, melibatkan observasi dan wawancara dengan aparat pengadilan serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem E-Court dan E-Litigation memberikan kemudahan dan efisiensi dalam proses administrasi dan persidangan, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala teknis dan keterbatasan akses. Sistem ini berpotensi meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan akses keadilan, namun implementasinya belum sepenuhnya optimal di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the implementation of the E-Court and E-Litigation systems in resolving civil cases at the South Jakarta District Court. These electronic-based services are expected to realize the principles of simple, fast, and low-cost justice. The research employs a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach, involving observations, interviews with court officials, and literature studies. The results show that the E-Court and E-Litigation systems provide convenience and efficiency in administrative and trial processes, although several technical issues and access limitations remain. These systems have the potential to enhance transparency, accountability, and access to justice; however, their implementation has not yet been fully optimized at the South Jakarta District Court.
