EVALUASI PROSES PENYUSUNAN RAPOR SISWA KELAS 3 DI SDN GEBANG RAYA 2

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses penyusunan rapor siswa kelas III di SDN Gebang Raya 2 dengan menelaah tingkat kesesuaiannya terhadap kebijakan penilaian yang berlaku serta mengungkap kendala yang dialami guru dalam pelaksanaannya. Fokus evaluasi mencakup tahap perencanaan penilaian, pelaksanaan penilaian di kelas, pengolahan hasil belajar, hingga penyusunan deskripsi capaian pembelajaran yang dituangkan dalam rapor siswa. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara dengan guru kelas III dan unsur sekolah terkait, serta analisis dokumen berupa perangkat penilaian dan rapor siswa.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum proses penyusunan rapor siswa kelas III di SDN Gebang Raya 2 telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur penilaian yang ditetapkan dalam kurikulum. Guru telah berupaya menerapkan penilaian secara berkesinambungan melalui berbagai teknik penilaian pada aspek sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Meskipun demikian, dalam pelaksanaannya masih dijumpai beberapa hambatan, seperti keterbatasan waktu akibat tuntutan administrasi yang cukup tinggi, kesulitan dalam menyusun deskripsi penilaian yang mencerminkan kemampuan siswa secara objektif, serta pengelolaan data hasil belajar yang belum optimal. Di samping itu, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengolahan nilai dan penyusunan rapor masih memerlukan peningkatan kompetensi guru.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa meskipun proses penyusunan rapor telah berjalan sesuai ketentuan, diperlukan peningkatan pemahaman guru terkait sistem penilaian dan penyusunan deskripsi rapor yang tepat. Selain itu, dukungan sekolah dalam bentuk pendampingan, pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta penyederhanaan administrasi penilaian menjadi hal penting guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas penyusunan rapor siswa di sekolah dasar.
This study aims to examine the process of preparing student report cards for Grade III students at SDN Gebang Raya 2 by analyzing its conformity with the applicable assessment policies and identifying the challenges encountered by teachers in its implementation. The evaluation focuses on several stages, including assessment planning, classroom assessment practices, processing of learning outcomes, and the preparation of descriptive statements of students’ learning achievements as presented in the report cards. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with Grade III teachers and relevant school personnel, and document analysis of assessment instruments and student report cards.The findings indicate that, in general, the process of preparing report cards for Grade III students at SDN Gebang Raya 2 has been conducted in accordance with the assessment procedures stipulated in the curriculum. Teachers have made efforts to implement continuous assessment using various assessment techniques covering the domains of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Nevertheless, several obstacles were identified, including limited time due to high administrative demands, difficulties in formulating objective and meaningful descriptive assessments that accurately reflect students’ learning achievements, and less optimal management of students’ learning outcome data. In addition, the use of technology in processing assessment data and compiling report cards still requires improvement in teachers’ competencies. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that although the report card preparation process has generally followed existing regulations, there is a need to enhance teachers’ understanding of the assessment system and the preparation of appropriate report card descriptions. Furthermore, school support in the form of continuous mentoring, professional development, and the simplification of assessment administration is essential to improve the effectiveness and quality of student report card preparation at the elementary school level.
