Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to provide a conceptual basis for the development of a halal digital business model that is ethical, sustainable, and in accordance with the principles of maqashid al-shariah, the relevance of digital transformation, and challenges in implementing halal MSME technology. Thus, this research not only contributes to strengthening the economy of the people, but also strengthens Indonesia's position as a global halal industry center in the digital era. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Secondary data provides a theoretical basis. Data analysis is carried out descriptively on various secondary sources from previous studies to obtain a comprehensive picture of halal product innovation strategies in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. Based on the results of the literature review, the application of the Maqasid Sharia principle in the digital economy emphasizes the importance of integrating Islamic values with technological progress. Five main principles—hifdz ad-din, an-nafs, al-‘aql, an-nasl, d These principles encourage justice and al-mal—become the ethical basis for the development of a fair, transparent, and sustainable digital economy. In the context of the relevance of Islamic economics in the digital era, the concept of sharia economics presents an ethical and inclusive solution to modern economic challenges. By rejecting the practices of usury, gharar, and maysir, and emphasizing transparency and justice, sharia economics offers a more humane and equitable alternative to the digital financial system.
