PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJATERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. PILAR MEGAH ABADI

Abstrak

Keselamatan serta kesejahteraan pekerja di tempat kerja menjadi faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, baik itu beroperasi dalam sektor produksi barang ataupun jasa. Karyawan dianggap sebagai aset berharga bagi perusahaan, oleh karena itu, perlindungan mereka dari risiko dan penyakit yang mungkin timbul akibat lingkungan kerja sangatlah penting. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman terhadap tingkat kepedulian perusahaan terhadap Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak K3 terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pilar Megah Abadi. Kinerja karyawan dalam konteks ini merujuk pada perbandingan antara hasil yang diperoleh (output) dengan seluruh sumber daya yang digunakan (input). Kesehatan karyawan secara langsung mempengaruhi produktivitas mereka. Maka dari itu, peningkatan produktivitas karyawan diharapkan dapat mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan serta pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode total sampling dengan melibatkan 53 responden. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan uji regresi berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan yang signifikan antara Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dengan produktivitas karyawan di PT. Pilar Megah Abadi, yang berkontribusi sebesar 65%, sementara faktor lain mempengaruhi sisa persentase yang tersisa.

The safety and welfare of workers in the workplace are the main factors that determine the success of a company, whether it operates in the goods or services production sector. Employees are considered valuable assets for the company, therefore, protecting them from risks and illnesses that may arise due to the work environment is very important. This emphasizes the importance of understanding the company's level of concern for employee Occupational Safety and Health (K3). The aim of this research is to examine the impact of K3 on employee performance at PT. Eternal Majestic Pillar. Employee performance in this context refers to the comparison between the results obtained (output) and all the resources used (input). Employee health directly affects their productivity. Therefore, increasing employee productivity is expected to support the company's business growth and achieve company goals. This research used a total sampling method involving 53 respondents. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, and data collection is carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive approach and multiple regression tests using SPSS software. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and employee productivity at PT. The Eternal Majestic Pillar, which contributed 65%, while other factors influenced the remaining percentage.
