Abstrak

This study was conducted to determine and identify whether there is a significant influence of integrity and work motivation on employee performance. This study was conducted at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The determination of the sample in this study is by using the Yamane formula in Slovin, so that a sample of 89 employees was obtained. Data measurement was carried out using a Likert scale. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of processing this data analysis indicate that there is a positive influence of integrity on employee performance Adjusted R Square of 0.585%, a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance Adjusted R Square of 0.753%. a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Simultaneously, integrity and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance of 0.777%, a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The conclusion is that there is an influence of integrity and work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Pesisir Selatan Regency.
