IMPLEMENTASI ETIKA PROFESI GURU PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA DAN KEWARGANEGARAAN DALAM INTERNALISASI KARAKTER GENERASI ALPHA

Setiap profesi memiliki etika dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka, terutama pada guru. Etika profesi guru ialah nilai atau prinsip moral yang menjadi pedoman dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang implementasi profesi guru PPKn dalam membentuk karakter generasi Alpha yang penuh dengan tantangan moral di era digital ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu buku, jurnal yang menjadi acuan referensi untuk mengetahui hakikat, urgensi etika profesi guru serta karakter generasi Alpha di era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi etika profesi melalui keteladanan, kode etik PGRI, dan integrasi dalam RPP menciptakan lingkungan belajar inklusif, meski menghadapi tantangan seperti beban administratif dan kurangnya pelatihan, strategi penguatan meliputi workshop MGMP, supervisi etika, dan kolaborasi sekolah.
Every profession has ethics in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, especially for teachers. The ethics of the teaching profession are moral values or principles that serve as guidelines in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This study examines the implementation of the PPKn teaching profession in shaping the character of the Alpha generation which is full of moral challenges in this digital era. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using secondary data, namely books, journals that serve as references to determine the nature, urgency of teaching professional ethics and the character of the Alpha generation in the digital era. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of professional ethics through role models, the PGRI code of ethics, and integration in the RPP creates an inclusive learning environment, despite facing challenges such as administrative burdens and lack of training, strengthening strategies include MGMP workshops, ethics supervision, and school collaboration.
