ANALISIS SISTEM PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI DESA PADA DESA SITUTERATE

Abstrak

Kuliah Kerja Praktik (KKP) merupakan bagian dari proses akademik yang bertujuan memberikan pengalaman nyata kepada mahasiswa dalam menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh di bangku kuliah ke dalam dunia kerja. Laporan ini membahas hasil KKP yang dilakukan di Desa Situterate, Kecamatan Cikande, dengan fokus pada Analisis Sistem Pelayanan Administrasi Desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelayanan administrasi yang telah diimplementasikan oleh Desa Situterate memberikan kemudahan dalam pengurusan dokumen secara digital, namun masih menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti minimnya sosialisasi, gangguan teknis, dan rendahnya tingkat pemanfaatan oleh masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan dalam aspek infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan bagi perangkat desa, serta penambahan fitur layanan surat menyurat agar sistem dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan memberikan dampak yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat desa.​

Internship Lecture (KKP) is part of the academic process that aims to provide real experience to students in applying the knowledge gained in college to the world of work. This report discusses the results of the KKP conducted in Situterate Village, Cikande District, with a focus on the Analysis of the Village Administration Service System. This study uses a qualitative approach through observation, interview, and documentation study methods. The results of the analysis show that the administration service system that has been implemented by Situterate Village provides convenience in managing documents digitally, but still faces several obstacles such as minimal socialization, technical problems, and low levels of utilization by the community. Therefore, improvements are needed in the aspects of technological infrastructure, training for village officials, and the addition of correspondence service features so that the system can run more optimally and have a wider impact on the village community.​
