ANALISIS PERSEPSI NASABAH TERHADAP KONVERSI BANK PENGKREDITAN RAKYAT KE BANK PEREKONOMIAN RAKYAT SYARIAH

Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisa persepsi nasabah konversi Bank Perkreditan rakyat ke Bank Perekonomian rakyat syariah di PT .BPRS Guguk Mas Makmur. Latar belakang penulis memilih judul ini yaitu karena terjadinya pergeseran jumlah portofolio asset dan kewajiban bank akibat terjadinya konversi di PT.BPRS Guguk Mas Makmur dan terjadinya banyaknya nasabah yang belum sepenuhnya memahami antara bank konvensional dan syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengabalisa persepsi nasabah terhadap konversi BPR dari konvensional ke BPRS syariah,serta menganalisa kendala yang terjadi apabila Bank perkreditan rakyat konversi menjadi Bank perekomian rakyat syariah. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi dan teknik Analisis data yaitu menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa persepsi nasabah bank BPRS bervariasi.mayoritas nasabah memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang perbedaan antara bank konvensional dan syariah,dan sebagian besar menyadari adanya konversi.sentimen nasabah cendrung positif dan mereka merasa senang dengan konversi ini,terutama karena kesesuaian dengan prinsip syariah dan terhindar dari riba.meskipun ada nasabah yang awalnya cemas ,banyak yang merasa lebih nyaman bertransaksi di BPRS dan cendrung tetap menggunakan layanan bank karena kenyamanan dan pelayanan yang baik. Kelebihan utama yang dirasakan dengan istilah syariah baru dan proses akad terkadang lebih panjang.
The purpose of this thesis is to observe and analyze the customer perceptions of the conversion of Rural Banks to Sharia People's Economic Banks at PT. BPRS Guguk Mas Makmur. The author's background in choosing this title is because of the shift in the number of asset portfolios and bank liabilities due to the conversion at PT. BPRS Guguk Mas Makmur and the large number of customers who do not fully understand the differences between conventional and sharia banks. The purpose of this study is to analyze customer perceptions of the conversion of Rural Banks from conventional to Sharia BPRS, as well as to analyze the obstacles that occur when Rural Banks convert to Sharia People's Economic Banks. The research method is field research, data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of the study showed that the perceptions of BPRS bank customers varied. The majority of customers had a basic understanding of the differences between conventional and sharia banks, and most were aware of the conversion. Customer sentiment tended to be positive and they were happy with this conversion, especially because it was in accordance with sharia principles and avoided usury. Although there were customers who were initially anxious, many felt more comfortable transacting at BPRS and tended to continue using bank services because of the convenience and good service. The main advantages felt with the new sharia term and the contract process were sometimes longer.
