Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the service sector play a strategic role in the regional economy, including in West Aceh Regency. However, employee productivity in service-sector MSMEs remains a serious challenge requiring attention from both business actors and academics. Low employee performance in service MSMEs is frequently associated with the absence of a structured reward system, limited access to quality training programs, and work environments that do not fully support productivity. This study aims to analyze the effect of rewards, training, and work environment on employee performance in service-sector MSMEs in West Aceh Regency, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method was employed. The study population comprised all employees of service-sector MSMEs operating in West Aceh Regency, with a sample of 120 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS. The analysis shows that rewards positively and significantly contribute to employee performance (β = 0.38; t = 4.12; p < 0.001). Similarly, training is found to have a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance. (β = 0.31; t = 3.67; p < 0.001). Similarly, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.27; t = 3.14; p = 0.002). Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect employee performance (F = 28.47; R² = 0.612), indicating that 61.2% of the variation in employee performance is explained by these variables. This study contributes to the human resource management literature in the context of service MSMEs and provides practical implications for MSME owners in designing more effective human resource management strategies.
