MAJAS DAN CITRAAN DALAM LIRIK LAGU TULUS PADA ALBUM MANUSIA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan majas dan makna yang ada pada lirik lagu Tulus
dalam album “Manusia”. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode
deskriptif dan termasuk dalam jenis penelitian studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan
adalah dengan menggunakan teknik simak, teknik baca, teknik dengar, dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis
data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat interaktif yang terdiri tiga komponen penelitian, meliputi:
reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini pertama, menganalisis (50) kutipan lirik
lagu Tulus dalam album “Manusia” dengan memanfaatkan beragam majas ditemukan, yakni majas
perbandingan yang berjenis perumpamaan (1), metafora (1), dan personafikasi (6), majas perulangan yang
berjenis aliterasi (7), asonansi (6), repetisi (6), pleonasme (3), dan parelisme, majas pertentangan yang
berjenis hiperbola (5), litotes (2), oksimoron (2), dan majas pertautan yang berjenis sinekdoke; sinekdoke
pars pro toto (1) dan sinekdoke totem pro parte (1). Kedua, lagu Tulus dalam album “Manusia” Ked

ua,
terdapat empat jenis citraan, yaitu citraan pendengaran (2), citraan gerak (1), citraan perabaan (3), dan
citraan penglihatan(3). Penulis berharap Penelitian ini berguna untuk menambah warna penelitian mengenai
majas dan citraan dalam sastra.

This study aims to describe the figure of speech and the meaning contained in the lyrics of the song
Tulus in the album "Manusia". The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive
methods and is included in the type of literature research. Data collection techniques used are; listening
techniques, reading techniques, listening techniques, and note-taking techniques. The data analysis
technique used in this research is interactive which consists of three research components, including: data
reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study, firstly, analyzing (50) quotes from
the lyrics of the song Tulus in the album "Manusia" by using various figure of speech were found, namely
comparative figure of speech with the type of parable (1), metaphor (1), and personification (6), repetition
of the type of alliteration. (7), assonance (6), repetition (6), pleonasm (3), contrasting figure of speech of
the hyperbole type (5), litotes (2), oxymoron (2), and synecdoche type of linking figure of speech;
synecdoche pars pro toto (1) and synecdoche totem pro parte (1). Second, the song Tulus in the second
“Manusia” album contains four types of imagery, namely auditory imagery (2), motion imagery (1), tactile
imagery (3), and visual imagery (3). The author hopes that this research is useful to add color to research on
figure of speech and imagery in literature.
