GEREJA DAN NEGARA ANALISIS KRITIS KETERLIBATAN GEREJA DALAM POLITIK AKTIF DI INDONESIA

Abstrak

Analisa ini mengeksplorasi keterlibatan gereja dalam  politik aktif di Indonesia, yang dimulai dengan menganalisis peran serta gereja terhadap dinamika hubungan antara institusi keagamaan dan Negara. Dengan pertimbangan sejarah, konteks social, dan dampak kebijakan public, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi gereja. Fokus utama adalah bagaimana keterlibatan ini mempengaruhi masyarakat, identitas religious, dan keberlanjutan demokrasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan gereja dapat menjadi kekuatan positif maupun negative, tergantung pada konteks yang diusung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat potensi untuk penyimpangan politik, keterlibatan gereja yang konstruktif dapat memperkuat demokrasi partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses politik.

This analysis explores the church's involvement in active politics in Indonesia, which begins by analyzing the church's participation in the dynamics of the relationship between religious institutions and the State. Taking into account history, social context, and the impact of public policy, this study aims to evaluate the challenges and opportunities facing the church. The main focus is on how this engagement affects society, religious identity, and the sustainability of democracy. The findings show that church involvement can be a positive or negative force, depending on the context in which it is carried. The results of the analysis show that although there is potential for political aberration, constructive church involvement can strengthen the democracy of community participation in the political process.
