Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan di SD Alam Bina Insan , mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Pengambilan keputusan di SD Alam Bina Insan dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah sistematis, meliputi identifikasi masalah, analisis alternatif, pengambilan keputusan kolektif, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Proses ini melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru, staf, dan orang tua siswa, sehingga menghasilkan keputusan yang inklusif dan komprehensif. Efektivitas pengambilan keputusan dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru, dan budaya organisasi, serta faktor eksternal, seperti kebijakan pemerintah, harapan masyarakat, dan kondisi sosial-ekonomi. Kombinasi faktor-faktor ini menentukan keberhasilan implementasi keputusan. Keputusan yang diambil telah memberikan dampak positif, terutama pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, hubungan yang lebih baik dengan stakeholder, dan pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih efisien. Pengintegrasian kurikulum Islami dan umum, serta pendekatan kolaboratif, telah meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sekolah.
This study aims to analyze the decision-making process at SD Alam Bina Insan , identify the influencing factors, and evaluate its impact on the quality of education. The decision-making process at SD Alam Bina Insan is conducted systematically, including problem identification, alternative analysis, collective decision-making, implementation, and evaluation. This process involves various parties, including the principal, teachers, staff, and parents, resulting in inclusive and comprehensive decisions. The effectiveness of decision-making is influenced by internal factors, such as the principal's leadership, teacher competence, and organizational culture, as well as external factors, such as government policies, community expectations, and socio-economic conditions. The combination of these factors determines the success of decision implementation. The decisions made have had positive impacts, particularly on improving the quality of education, fostering better relationships with stakeholders, and achieving more efficient resource management. The integration of Islamic and general curricula, along with a collaborative approach, has enhanced public trust in the school.
