PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE SCRIPT PADA SISWA KELAS VII MTs ASSALAMIYAH GALESONG

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca buku fiksi dengan menggunakan model cooperative script. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindak Kelas dengan prosedur pelaksanaannya yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengumpulan data dan observasi. Kegiatan penelitian Tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dengan 2 siklus menggunakan teknik observasi dan pengumpulan data. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIB MTs. Assalamiyah Galesong yang berjumlah 26 orang 15 perempuan dan 11 orang laki laki . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peningkatan kemampuan siswa membaca buku fiksi dengan menggunakan model cooperative script dengan nilai terendah hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 nilai yaitu 54 dan nilai tertinggi 64. Tingkat kemampuan siswa sangat baik tidak ada atau 0%, Tingkat kemampuan siswa baik 6 orang atau 26%, tingkat kemampuan siswa cukup 10 orang atau 38,4% , tingkat kemampuan siswa kurang 9 orang atau 34,6%. Sedangkan Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II nilai terendah 65 dan nilai tertinggi 100. Tingkat kemampuan siswa sangat baik 17 orang atau 65%Tingkat kemampuan siswa baik 9 orang atau 34% , dan tidak terdapat siswa dalam kategori cukup dan kurang.

The purpose of this study is to improve students' ability to read fiction books using the cooperative script model. This research uses Classroom Action Research with its implementation procedures, namely planning, action, data collection and observation. This class action research activity is carried out in 2 cycles using observation and data collection techniques. The object of this study is 26 students in grade VIIB MTs Assalamiyah Galesong who are 15 women and 11 boys. Based on the results of the study, the improvement of students' ability to read fiction books by using the cooperative script model with the lowest score of student learning outcomes in cycle 1 was 54 and the highest score was 64. The ability level of students is very good is none or 0%, the ability level of students is good 6 people or 26%, the ability level of students is enough 10 people or 38.4%, the ability level of students is less than 9 people or 34.6%. Meanwhile, the student learning outcomes in cycle II were the lowest score of 65 and the highest score of 100. . The level of student ability is very good 17 people or 65%The level of student ability is good 9 people or 34%, and there are no students in the category of enough and insufficient.
