This qualitative research explores the development of a strategic management model in dental care and its implications for public health. Drawing on secondary data from existing literature, the study examines key components of an effective strategic management model, the feasibility of implementation in various dental care organizations, and measurable impacts on public health outcomes. Findings reveal that strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, resource allocation, and continuous monitoring are essential components of an effective strategic management model in dental care. The feasibility of implementation depends on organizational culture, resource availability, staff training, the regulatory environment, and organizational size and complexity. Measurable impacts include improvements in oral health indicators, reduction of health disparities, and enhancement of community well-being. This research underscores the importance of integrating strategic management principles into dental care to enhance public health outcomes.
