ANALISIS PENERAPAN METODE QUALITY CONTROL CIRCLE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI PADA PROSES PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUK DI PT. FARMA S

Tujuan penelitian pada artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode QCC dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengendalian kualitas. Metode penelitian pada artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi di PT Farma S, didapatkan masalah berupa proses pelaksanaan Monitoring Ruangan Produksi di PT Farma S memiliki lead time yang tinggi yaitu memakan waktu 2400 menit dan membutuhkan personil cukup banyak. Setelah dilakukan implementasi Quality Control Circle (QCC) di PT. Farma S. Melalui serangkaian perbaikan, termasuk pembuatan test hole, pengadaan alat bantu, dan digitalisasi laporan, metode QCC berhasil mengurangi biaya operasional sebesar Rp 64.147.134 dan lead time monitoring ruangan sebesar 75 jam per tahun. Hasil ini mendukung program perusahaan dalam hal efisiensi biaya, keselamatan kerja, dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi ISO 45001:2018.
The purpose of the research in this article is to determine the application of the QCC method in improving the efficiency of the quality control process. The research method in this article uses a qualitative method by conducting observations at PT Farma S, found problems in the form of the process of implementing Production Room Monitoring at PT Farma S has a high lead time, which takes 2400 minutes and requires quite a lot of personnel. After the implementation of the Quality Control Circle (QCC) at PT. Farma S. Through a series of improvements, including the creation of test holes, procurement of aids, and digitalization of reports, the QCC method has succeeded in reducing operational costs by IDR 64,147,134 and room monitoring lead time by 75 hours per year. These results support the company's program in terms of cost efficiency, work safety, and compliance with ISO 45001:2018 regulations.
