Abstrak

Dalam sebuah perusahaan, strategi merupakan  hal yang  penting. Menurut Pearce dan Robinson dalam buku Strategic Management (2005), strategi adalah rencana permainan yang akan dilakukan dalam  sebuah organisasi dan perusahaan dalam waktu tertentu. Dalam strategi yang baik terdapat tujuan dan sasaran yang ingin dicapai serta bagaimana langkah untuk mewujudkannya. agar dapat mewujudkan strategi tersebut,langkah awal yang harus di  implementasikan yaitu strategi yang tepat.Strategi sendiri dilakukan dalam dua tahap yakni dengan membuat rumusan kemudian melakukan implementasi strategi. Artikel ini membahas tentang model implementasi strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Fokus utama adalah pada tahapan implementasi strategi, faktor-faktor kunci keberhasilan, dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada organisasi X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi yang efektif memerlukan pemahaman mendalam tentang visi, misi, serta pengelolaan sumber daya yang optimal.

This article discusses the strategy implementation model used to improve organizational performance. The main focus is on the stages of strategy implementation, key success factors, and challenges faced during the process. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study on Organization X. The results show that effective strategy implementation requires a deep understanding of the vision, mission, and optimal resource management.
