ANALISIS DAMPAK TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI (TIK) TERHADAP TRANSFORMASI INTELIJEN DI LINGKUNGAN STRATEGIS TNI AL

Abstrak

The transformation of intelligence in the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) strategic environment is
influenced significantly by the adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This
adoption presents both challenges and opportunities that necessitate careful examination. This study
aims to explore the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on intelligence
transformation within the strategic environment of the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL), focusing on
identifying key challenges, objectives, and methods employed. A qualitative approach was utilized,
combining direct observation, interviews with stakeholders, and analysis of relevant documents to
comprehensively understand the complexities surrounding the integration of ICT and its
implications for intelligence operations in the Indonesian Navy. The research revealed several
critical findings. Challenges include the complexity of integrating ICT systems, limited
infrastructure, and cybersecurity risks. Objectives of the transformation involve enhancing
responsiveness to threats and opportunities and strengthening the Indonesian Navy's defense
capabilities. Methods employed include investments in ICT infrastructure, personnel training, and
collaboration with external stakeholders.
