Abstrak

Motivasi belajar yang rendah pada pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar sering disebabkan oleh metode yang monoton dan kurangnya media interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan game Educaplay Froggy Jumps terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V di SD N 4 Tonja Denpasar. Penelitian melibatkan 54 siswa dari dua kelas, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Mann-Whitney U Test. Hasil menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga terdapat pengaruh signifikan penerapan PBL berbantuan game Froggy Jumps terhadap motivasi belajar IPAS siswa.

Low learning motivation in science lessons in elementary schools is often caused by monotonous methods and a lack of interactive media. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by the Educaplay Froggy Jumps game on the learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SD N 4 Tonja Denpasar. The study involved 54 students from two classes, with data collection techniques including questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through normality and homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney U Test. The results showed an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating a significant effect of the implementation of PBL assisted by the Froggy Jumps game on students' science learning motivation.
