PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN JASA SERVICE BERBASIS WEB DI SUBBRACH AC DAIKIN JAMBI

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong berbagai bidang usaha untuk bertransformasi secara digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi layanan. Subbranch AC Daikin Jambi masih menerapkan sistem non digital dalam pelayanan jasa service, mulai dari pencatatan data pelanggan hingga penjadwalan teknisi. Kondisi ini menimbulkan sejumlah kendala, seperti ketidakefisienan, data yang tidak terstruktur, serta kesulitan pemantauan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pelayanan jasa service berbasis web guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model Waterfall dan alat bantu pemodelan UML seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, dan framework Laravel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototipe sistem informasi yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi data, serta kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan.
The development of information technology has encouraged various business sectors to undergo digital transformation in order to improve service efficiency. Subbranch AC Daikin Jambi still applies a non digital system in its service operations, ranging from customer data recording to technician scheduling. This condition leads to several obstacles, such as inefficiency, unstructured data, and difficulties in service monitoring. This study aims to design a web-based service information system to address these issues. The research employs the Waterfall software development model and utilizes UML modeling tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The system is developed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Laravel framework. The result of this research is a prototype information system that improves efficiency, data accuracy, and service quality for customers.
