TRANSFORMASI PRESENSI MANUAL KE DIGITAL (Studi Kasus: Smas Paskalis)

Abstrak

Transformasi sistem presensi dari manual ke digital di SMAS Paskalis merupakan fenomena krusial dalam upaya modernisasi administrasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses transisi tersebut serta mengevaluasi tingkat penerimaan warga sekolah melalui kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi persepsi pengguna terhadap kemudahan akses dan manfaat fungsional dari teknologi presensi yang diimplementasikan. Fokus utama kajian ini adalah memahami bagaimana perubahan budaya kerja dari pencatatan berbasis kertas menuju sistem terkomputerisasi dapat memengaruhi pola kedisiplinan dan keterlibatan guru serta staf dalam ekosistem digital sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fenomena transformasi ini dipicu oleh kebutuhan akan akurasi data yang lebih tinggi dan transparansi administratif. Berdasarkan analisis melalui dimensi kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan, ditemukan bahwa integrasi teknologi presensi di SMAS Paskalis mampu mereduksi hambatan birokrasi dan mempercepat proses pelaporan secara real-time. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam aspek adaptasi teknis dan literasi digital, transformasi ini secara signifikan telah meningkatkan akuntabilitas institusional. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa keberhasilan digitalisasi administrasi sekolah sangat bergantung pada kesiapan infrastruktur dan sikap positif pengguna terhadap inovasi teknologi informasi.

The transformation of the attendance system from manual to digital at SMAS Paskalis is a crucial phenomenon in the effort to modernize educational administration. This research aims to analyze the transition process and evaluate the acceptance level of the school community through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative approach, this study explores user perceptions regarding ease of access and the functional benefits of the implemented attendance technology. The primary focus of this study is to understand how the shift in work culture from paper-based recording to computerized systems influences discipline patterns and the engagement of teachers and staff within the school's digital ecosystem. The results indicate that this transformation phenomenon is driven by the need for higher data accuracy and administrative transparency. Based on the analysis of usefulness and ease-of-use dimensions, it was found that the integration of attendance technology at SMAS Paskalis is capable of reducing bureaucratic hurdles and accelerating the real-time reporting process. Despite challenges in technical adaptation and digital literacy, this transformation has significantly improved institutional accountability. This research illustrates that the success of digitalizing school administration highly depends on infrastructural readiness and the positive attitudes of users toward information technology innovation.
