Abstrak

The objective of this article is to evaluate the implementation of inclusive education programs in elementary schools. It aims to determine how effectively the program assists students with special needs—including disabilities, learning difficulties, or emotional challenges—in achieving their academic, social, and emotional goals.  Program evaluation is akin to examining all aspects of a system; we must consider various factors such as the success of the program's inclusivity, student comfort, and the alignment of the program with individual student needs. Observations were conducted through interviews with teachers and students to ensure that everyone can learn and develop optimally together within the same school environment. The evaluation results indicate that the inclusive counseling program has had a positive impact, leading students to be more appreciative of differences, increasing the confidence levels of students with special needs, and improving relationships between students and teachers. Furthermore, teacher involvement facilitates adequate learning, while the participation of parents and the community plays a vital role in the success of inclusive education
