DINAMIKA PERSAINGAN INDUSTRI PERCETAKAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF STRUCTURE–CONDUCT–PERFORMANCE (SCP): PERBANDINGAN PT JASUINDO TOPPAN SECURITY TBK, PT TUNAS ALFIN TBK, PT SATYAMITRA KEMAS LESTARI TBK DAN PT TEMPO INTI MEDIA TBK

Industri percetakan merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki tingkat persaingan yang cukup tinggi, ditandai dengan adanya perbedaan struktur pasar, strategi perusahaan, dan tingkat profitabilitas. Persaingan tersebut dapat dianalisis melalui pendekatan Structure–Conduct–Performance (SCP) untuk melihat keterkaitan antara struktur pasar, perilaku perusahaan, dan kinerja yang dihasilkan. Kajian ini membandingkan PT Jasuindo Toppan Security Tbk, PT Tunas Alfin Tbk, PT Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Tbk, dan PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk dengan menggunakan Concentration Ratio (CR4), Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI), Minimum Efficient Scale (MES), serta Net Profit Margin (NPM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan tingkat konsentrasi pasar, perilaku persaingan, dan profitabilitas antarperusahaan. Perbedaan tersebut menggambarkan adanya variasi dalam kemampuan perusahaan menghadapi persaingan dan menghasilkan kinerja dalam industri percetakan. Pendekatan SCP dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai kondisi persaingan industri melalui hubungan antara struktur pasar, perilaku perusahaan, dan kinerja yang dihasilkan.
The printing industry is characterized by intense competition, reflected in differences in market structure, firm strategies, and profitability. Such competition can be analyzed through the Structure–Conduct–Performance (SCP) approach to examine the relationship between market structure, firm conduct, and company performance. This study compares PT Jasuindo Toppan Security Tbk, PT Tunas Alfin Tbk, PT Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Tbk, dan PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk using the Concentration Ratio (CR4), Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI), Minimum Efficient Scale (MES), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The results indicate differences in market concentration, competitive conduct, and profitability among the companies. These differences reflect variations in the companies’ ability to respond to competition and achieve performance within the printing industry. The SCP approach provides an overview of competitive conditions by examining the relationship between market structure, firm conduct, and company performance in the printing industry.
