DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN PEMENUHAN KONTRAK PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP KINERJA PERSONIL KEPOLISIAN DENGAN WELL BEING SEBAGAI MODERASI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan secara empiris peran moderasi wellbeing dalam hubungan antara organizational support dan psychological contract terhadap kinerja personil kepolisian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatori bersifat asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh SDM BKO Mabes Polri sebanyak 572 personil, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 131 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, khususnya convenience sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personil kepolisian; Organizational support juga berpengaruh positif terhadap psychological contract; selanjutnya, psychological contract berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personil kepolisian; selain itu, wellbeing berperan sebagai variabel moderator yang secara signifikan memperkuat hubungan antara organizational support dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja personil. Sehingga seluruh hypothesis dalam penelitian ini terbukti.
This study aims to empirically analyze and explain the moderating role of wellbeing in the relationship between organizational support and psychological contract on police personnel performance. The type of research used is explanatory research with an associative nature. The population in this study consists of all human resources of the BKO Mabes Polri, totaling 572 personnel, with a research sample of 131 respondents selected using non-probability sampling, specifically convenience sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on police personnel performance; organizational support also has a positive effect on the psychological contract; furthermore, the psychological contract has a positive and significant effect on police personnel performance; additionally, wellbeing acts as a moderator variable that significantly strengthens the relationship between organizational support and personnel performance. Thus, all hypotheses in this study were proven.
