INOVASI LAYANAN BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN: PENDEKATAN DESIGN THINKING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN DAN PARTISIPASI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN APLIKASI PODI

Abstrak

Kurangnya partisipasi perusahaan dalam program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan merupakan tantangan signifikan dalam upaya memperluas perlindungan sosial tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Banyak perusahaan enggan mendaftar karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang manfaat program, persepsi biaya yang tinggi, serta proses administrasi yang dianggap rumit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan tersebut dan mengembangkan solusi inovatif berbasis kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian mencakup pengembangan aplikasi PODI (Platform Online Digital untuk Inovasi), yang mencakup portal edukasi digital, simulasi biaya dan manfaat, formulir pendaftaran digital, serta insentif bagi perusahaan. Implementasi aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi perusahaan terhadap BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Brown, 2009).

The lack of company participation in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program is a significant challenge in efforts to expand social protection for workers in Indonesia. Many companies are reluctant to register due to a lack of understanding of the benefits of the program, the perception of high costs, and the administrative process that is considered complicated. This study uses the Design Thinking method to identify these barriers and develop innovative solutions based on user needs. The results of the study include the development of the PODI (Digital Online Platform for Innovation) application, which includes a digital education portal, cost and benefit simulations, digital registration forms, and incentives for companies. The implementation of this application is expected to increase company awareness and participation in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Brown, 2009).
