PENGARUH ON STREET PARKING TERHADAP KINERJA RUAS JALAN

Abstrak

Pasar Kertek adalah salah satu pasar tradisional yang ada di ruas jalan Wonosobo-Purworejo. Banyak kendaraan yang berlalu-lalang baik dari arah Wonosobo maupun dari arah Purworejo. Hal ini akan memunculkan sirkulasi kendaraan antara pengunjung pasar dengan pengguna jalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan on street parking dengan mencari volume, kecepatan arus bebas, kepadatan arus lalu lintas dan kinerja ruas jalan. Metode pengambilan data secara survei volume lalu lintas, LHR, dan kepadatan arus lalu lintas, MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan jam puncak terjadi pada hari Jumat , 7 Juli 2023 yaitu jam 16.15 – 17.15 WIB didapatkan volume sebesar 1874 smp/jam. Kecepatan arus bebas pada kondisi tidak adanya on street parking sebesar 36,7 km/jam dengan kecepatan rata-rata sebesar 22 km/jam saat ada on street parking sebesar 28,4 km/jam dengan kecepatan rata-rata sebesar 18 km/jam. Dari hasil penelitian kapasitas kondisi lalu lintas pada jam puncak saat tidak adanya on street parking sebesar 2339 smp/jam, tingkat pelayanan level D sedangkan saat adanya on street parking kapasitasnya berkurang menjadi 1655 smp/jam dengan tingkat pelayanan level F, nilai derajat kejenuhan menjadi 1,1 artinya arus terhambat, kecepatan rendah, volume diatas kapasitas, sering terjadi kemacetan pada waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penanganan lanjutan untuk kinerja ruas jalan di sekitar Pasar Kertek

Kertek Market is one of the traditional markets located on the Wonosobo-Purworejo road. Many vehichles pass by the both from the direction of Wonosobo and from direction of Purworejo. This will certainly lead to vehicle circulation between market visitors and road users. The purpose to determine the effect of on street parking activities for volume,  free flow speed, traffic flow density and performance of road segments. The method of data collection is by surveying traffic volume, LHR, and traffic flow density, MKJI 1997. ased on the results of peak hour calculations occurring on Friday, July 7 2023, namely 16.15 - 17.15 WIB, the volume was obtained at 1874 pcu/hour. The free flow speed in the absence of on street parking is 36.7 km/hour with an average speed of 22 km/hour when there is on street parking of 28.4 km/hour with an average speed of 18 km/hour. From the research results, the capacity of traffic conditions at peak hours when there is no on street parking is 2339 pcu/hour, the service level is level D, while when there is on street parking the capacity is reduced to 1655 pcu/hour with level F service level, the degree of saturation is 1 .1 means that flow is blocked, speed is low, volume is above capacity, traffic jams often occur for quite a long time. Therefore, further treatment is needed for the performance of the roads around Kertek Market.
