Abstrak

This study aims to understand the meaning of student success in hybrid learning, which combines face-to-face sessions and the use of Zoom Meetings. Using a phenomenological approach, this study involved students who had direct experience participating in hybrid learning at university. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews and analyzed through a process of reduction, categorization, and the extraction of essential themes. The results indicate that student success is influenced by ease of use of technology, the effectiveness of lecturer-student interactions, time management skills, and the support of an adaptive learning environment. Students define success not only in terms of academic achievement, but also in terms of adaptability, independent learning, and increased digital literacy. Zoom Meetings are considered to provide accessibility, flexibility, and a variety of learning experiences, although challenges such as network connectivity and a lack of emotional closeness remain. Overall, hybrid learning through Zoom offers dynamic learning opportunities, but still requires appropriate technological readiness and pedagogical strategies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami makna keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran hybrid yang memadukan sesi tatap muka dan penggunaan Zoom Meeting. Menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, penelitian ini melibatkan mahasiswa yang memiliki pengalaman langsung dalam mengikuti pembelajaran hybrid di universitas. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis melalui proses reduksi, kategorisasi, dan penarikan tema esensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan penggunaan teknologi, efektivitas interaksi dosen-mahasiswa, kemampuan manajemen waktu, serta dukungan lingkungan belajar yang adaptif. Mahasiswa memaknai keberhasilan tidak hanya dari capaian akademik, tetapi juga dari kemampuan beradaptasi, kemandirian belajar, dan peningkatan literasi digital. Zoom Meeting dinilai memberikan aksesibilitas, fleksibilitas, dan variasi pengalaman belajar, meskipun masih terdapat kendala seperti jaringan dan kurangnya kedekatan emosional. Secara keseluruhan, pembelajaran hybrid melalui Zoom menawarkan peluang pembelajaran yang dinamis, namun tetap memerlukan kesiapan teknologi dan strategi pedagogis yang tepat.
