IMPLEMENTASI JUST-IN-TIME (JIT) PADA INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR DAPAT MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI OPERASIONAL PERUSAHAAN

Penelitian-ini-bertujuan-untuk-menganalisis=dampak penerapan metode Just In Time (JIT) terhadap efektivitas operasional di industri manufaktur di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA terhadap artikel-artikel ilmiah nasional terbitan lima tahun terakhir (2021–2025). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan JIT secara konsisten memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan efisiensi biaya, pengurangan pemborosan, pengelolaan persediaan yang lebih optimal, serta peningkatan produktivitas dan kecepatan produksi. Keberhasilan implementasi JIT sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan teknologi informasi, kerja sama dengan pemasok, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, serta adaptasi terhadap dinamika pasar. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa JIT merupakan strategi produksi yang relevan dan aplikatif untuk meningkatkan daya saing industri manufaktur, khususnya dalam-menghadapi-tantangan-era-digital-dan-industri-4.0.
This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the Just In Time (JIT) method on operational effectiveness within the Indonesian manufacturing industry. The research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA method, reviewing nationally accredited scientific articles published within the last five years (2021–2025). The results indicate that consistent implementation of JIT significantly contributes to cost efficiency, waste reduction, optimized inventory management, and improved productivity and production speed. The success of JIT implementation is strongly influenced by technological readiness, supplier collaboration, human resource competency, and adaptability to market dynamics. These findings affirm that JIT is a relevant and applicable production strategy to enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, especially in facing the challenges of the digital era and Industry 4.0.
