HUBUNGAN ANTARA LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE DAN WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABLE MEDIASI PADA DINAS PMDPPKB KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Seberapa Besar Pembahasan Hubungan Antara Leader Member Exchange Dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variable Mediasi Pada Dinas Pmdppkb Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Dengan menggunakan software SPSS 23 dalam pengolahan data. Populasi dalam penelitian inia dalah sebanyak 100 responden sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji intervening. Diperoleh : Hasil penelitian pada Dinas PMDPPKB Kabupaten Tanah Datar menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Leader Member Exchange terhadap kepuasan kerja, adanya pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap kepuasan kerja, adanya pengaruh Leader Member Exchange terhadap kinerja pegawai, tidak adanya pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap kinerja pegawai, tidak adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, ketidakmampuan kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi variabel Work Life Balance terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta ketidakmampuan kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi variabel Leader Member Exchange terhadap kinerja pegawai.
This study aims to examine the extent of the relationship between Leader– Member Exchange and Work–Life Balance on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the PMDPPKB Office of Tanah Datar Regency. The data were processed using SPSS version 23. The population in this study consisted of 100 respondents who were used as the sample. The data collection technique employed was documentation. The data analysis techniques included classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and intervening (mediation) analysis. The results obtained show that at the PMDPPKB Office of Tanah Datar Regency there is an effect of Leader–Member Exchange on job satisfaction, an effect of Work–Life Balance on job satisfaction, an effect of Leader–Member Exchange on employee performance, no effect of Work–Life Balance on employee performance, no effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the inability of job satisfaction to mediate the effect of Work–Life Balance on employee performance, and the inability of job satisfaction to mediate the effect of Leader–Member Exchange on employee performance.
