SUPERVISORY SUPPORT DALAM PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh supervisory support t dan psychological capital terhadap motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan Explanatory Research yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara Psychological Capital, Supervisory Support, dan motivasi kerja. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 63 SDM Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat, baik ASN maupun Non-ASN, dengan pengecualian Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi (JPT). Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala semantik diferensial dengan rentang 1 hingga 5. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dalam pemodelan persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Supervisory Support yang baik secara signifikan meningkatkan Psychological Capital; (2) Supervisory Support yang lebih baik mendorong peningkatan motivasi kerja; dan (3) Psychological Capital yang tinggi berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran dukungan supervisi dan modal psikologis dalam memotivasi karyawan.
This study aims to empirically investigate and analyze the influence of supervisory support and psychological capital on work motivation. It is an Explanatory Research designed to explain the relationship between Psychological Capital, Supervisory Support, and work motivation. The respondents of this study consisted of 63 human resources from the Regional Revenue Agency of Kotawaringin Barat Regency, including both civil servants and non-civil servants, excluding those in High Leadership Positions (JPT). Data collection was conducted using a semantic differential scale ranging from 1 to 5. The sampling technique employed was the census method, where the entire population was used as the sample. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach in structural equation modeling. The study results indicate that: (1) good Supervisory Support significantly enhances Psychological Capital; (2) better Supervisory Support promotes increased work motivation; and (3) higher Psychological Capital contributes to improved work motivation. These findings emphasize the critical role of supervisory support and psychological capital in motivating employees.
