PENGARUH PELATIHAN ROLE PLAYING DAN ON THE JOB TRAINING TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN PADA RSUD SULTAN IMANUDDIN PANGKALAN BUN YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab kontroversi antara peran kompetensi dan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe eksplanatory research dengan fokus pada pengujian pengaruh role playing training, on the job training (OJT), dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan yang berjumlah 560 orang, dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 156 responden. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan melalui kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert 1-5, dari Sangat Tidak Setuju hingga Sangat Setuju. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Role Playing Training dan On The Training (OJT) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan kompetensi profesional tenaga kesehatan. Selain itu, kompetensi profesional juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit tersebut. Temuan ini memperkuat peran penting pelatihan dan kompetensi dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di lingkungan rumah sakit.
This study aims to address the controversy surrounding the role of competence and performance among healthcare professionals. The research employs an explanatory research approach, focusing on testing the effects of role-playing training, on-the-job training (OJT), and professional competence on the performance of healthcare workers at Sultan Imanuddin Regional General Hospital in Pangkalan Bun. The population of this study consists of 560 healthcare professionals, with a sample of 156 respondents selected. Variables were measured using closed-ended questionnaires with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5, where 1 represents "Strongly Disagree" and 5 represents "Strongly Agree." Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that role-playing training and OJT significantly impact the performance and professional competence of healthcare professionals. Additionally, professional competence has a significant influence on the performance of healthcare workers at the hospital. These findings highlight the crucial role of training and competence in enhancing healthcare performance within a hospital setting.
