PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DAN COWORKER SUPPORT TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN DEDICATION SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh perceived organizational support (X1) dan coworker support (X2) terhadap kinerja (Z) dengan dedication (Y) sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Semarang. Dengan waktu penelitian mulai Oktober 2024 sampai dengan Januari 2025. Populasi adalah pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Semarang yang berjumlah 108 (seratus delapan) pegawai. Teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel minimal 52 (lima puluh dua) pegawai. Responden yang mengisi survey adalah sebanyak 55 pegawai. Seluruh data survey dari 55 pegawai tersebut digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui metode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui program Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4. Analisis meliputi uji validitas dan reliabititas atas setiap bagian pertanyaan dari variabel yang diteliti. Pengukuran terhadap setiap indikator variabel menggunakan instrument penelitian dengan skala likert (1 – 5). Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (gform), observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari perceived organizational support dan coworker support terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh dedication. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja maupun melalui intervening variabel dedication.

This study aims to analyze, determine and prove the effect of perceived organizational support (X1) and coworker support (X2) on performance (Z) with dedication (Y) as an intervening variable at the Madya Dua Semarang Tax Service Office. The research period starts from October 2024 to January 2025. The population is 108 (one hundred and eight) employees of the Madya Dua Semarang Tax Service Office. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling with a minimum sample size of 52 (fifty-two) employees. The respondents who filled out the survey were 55 employees. All survey data from the 55 employees were used in this study. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program using SmartPLS software version 4. The analysis includes validity and reliability tests for each part of the questions from the variables studied. Measurement of each variable indicator uses a research instrument with a Likert scale (1 - 5). Data collection used was through questionnaires (gform), observation, and documentation. The conclusion obtained in this study states that there is an influence of perceived organizational support and coworker support on performance mediated by dedication. The research variables used show a direct influence on performance as well as through the intervening variable dedication.
