PENINGKATAN KEPUASAN KERJA MELALUI WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DIMODERASI BUDAYA ORGANISASI

Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode penelitian eksplanatori asosiatif untuk mengeksplorasi peningkatan kepuasan kerja melalui work-life balance dan perceived organizational support, dengan moderasi budaya organisasi. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner ber-skala Likert 1 hingga 5 dan dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik sampling yang diterapkan adalah sensus, dengan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel, yaitu 203 karyawan Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance yang baik memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selain itu, perceived organizational support yang memadai juga berkontribusi positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja meningkat jika budaya organisasi kuat, sebaliknya, pengaruh tersebut menurun jika budaya organisasi lemah. Demikian pula, pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap kepuasan kerja meningkat dengan budaya organisasi yang kuat dan berkurang ketika budaya organisasi lemah. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya budaya organisasi dalam memperkuat pengaruh work-life balance dan perceived organizational support terhadap kepuasan kerja.
This study adopts an explanatory associative research method to explore the enhancement of job satisfaction through work-life balance and perceived organizational support, with organizational culture as a moderating factor. Primary data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire ranging from 1 to 5 and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The sampling technique employed was census, where the entire population of 203 employees at the Customs and Excise Office Type Madya Pabean A Semarang was used as the sample. The findings indicate that effective work-life balance positively influences employee job satisfaction. Additionally, adequate perceived organizational support also contributes positively to job satisfaction. The study reveals that the impact of work-life balance on job satisfaction increases when organizational culture is strong, whereas this impact diminishes when organizational culture is weak. Similarly, the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction increases with a strong organizational culture and decreases with a weak organizational culture. This study highlights the importance of organizational culture in amplifying the effects of work-life balance and perceived organizational support on job satisfaction.
