LITERATURE REVIEW: IMPLEMENTASI EVALUASI HOTFIT DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN RME

Abstrak

Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi evaluasi Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) dalam penyelenggaraan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Evaluasi HOT-Fit digunakan sebagai kerangka untuk menilai kesesuaian aspek manusia, organisasi, dan teknologi dalam mendukung keberhasilan penerapan sistem informasi kesehatan. Melalui peninjauan berbagai penelitian terdahulu, ditemukan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi RME tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kecanggihan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh kesiapan sumber daya manusia serta dukungan organisasi. Hasil literature review ini menegaskan bahwa model HOT-Fit dapat menjadi alat evaluasi yang komprehensif untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung maupun hambatan dalam penerapan RME, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan berbasis teknologi informasi.

This study is a literature review aimed at analyzing the implementation of the Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) evaluation in the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The HOT-Fit evaluation serves as a framework to assess the alignment between human, organizational, and technological aspects in supporting the successful adoption of health information systems. By reviewing previous research, it is found that the success of EMR implementation is not only determined by technological sophistication but also by human resource readiness and organizational support. The findings of this literature review highlight that the HOT-Fit model can serve as a comprehensive evaluation tool to identify enablers and barriers in EMR adoption, as well as provide recommendations for improving the quality of healthcare services through information technology.
